Earth Month with OOH

This April, Out of Home (OOH) reaffirmed our commitment to environmental responsibility by implementing meaningful, eco-friendly practices across our operations. Sustainability is not just a goal—it’s a continuous effort, and we’re proud to share the steps we’ve taken to minimize our ecological footprint. These are some of what we have done this month:

Solar-Powered Billboards :

Our billboard lights are now powered by clean, renewable solar energy, significantly reducing our reliance on conventional electricity. This shift not only cuts down on carbon emissions but also promotes the use of sustainable energy in outdoor advertising.

Creative Material Reuse :

Instead of discarding used billboard visuals, we’ve adopted a zero-waste approach by repurposing them for:

  • Floor protection during renovations

  • Roof covers to shield materials from weather damage

  • Rain barriers to protect equipment and workspaces

This creative reuse prevents unnecessary waste and extends the lifecycle of our materials.

Tree Planting Initiative :

Our OOH team recently participated in a tree-planting volunteer program, contributing to reforestation efforts. Trees play a vital role in absorbing CO₂, improving air quality, and supporting biodiversity—making this initiative a small but impactful step toward a greener future.

Office Clean-Up Drive :

We organized a clean-up activity around our office area for a clean, organized, and free of waste. A clean environment not only boosts productivity but also fosters a culture of responsibility toward our shared environment.

Waste Composting Trial :

As part of our waste reduction strategy, we piloted a composting program for organic office waste, such as food scraps and biodegradable materials. Composting helps divert waste from landfills and enriches soil, supporting a circular economy.

Recycling Program:

We’ve strengthened our office recycling program, ensuring proper disposal of:

  • Paper waste (old documents, used notebooks and calendars)

  • E-waste (expired electronics, cables, and appliances)

  • Plastics and other recyclables

By recycling diligently, we help conserve resources and reduce pollution.

Moving Forward: A Greener Future

These initiatives reflect our dedication to sustainability, but we know there’s always more to be done. We will continue to explore innovative ways to reduce waste, conserve energy, and support our planet—because every action counts.
